All Things Work Together For Good
Rom 5:1 THEREFORE, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
Rom 5:2 through whom also we have access by faith into this grace(favour) in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
Not Only do we have Peace with God, we are standing on favour,Grace ground!
and 'hope' there in Greek means A confident expectation of Good.
Because we are on favour ground, because we have peace with God, We can rejoice in confident expectation of good things happening to us because God has a good opinion of us!
we dont have to be like the people of the world, who struggle who fight. we dont have to win the competition to be something, We already are something in God's eyes! We are secured. Therefore, we can be assured that our future is bright because it is all in DaddyGod's hands.
And hey! i didnt say that this means that trouble will never come for us. No. Trouble will come. in fact because you're a believer, Trouble will come, but trouble now takes on a new form cause the next verse says
For someone who has peace with God...
Rom 5:3 And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance;
Rom 5:4 and perseverance, character; and character, hope.
so now for someone who stands on favour ground, who is confident that good things will happen to him because of God's good opinion of him. Should trouble come, it's like it turns out for your good. Like when the devil throws lemon, it becomes lemonade for you.
Rom 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to [His] purpose.
Hallelujah. you may be in a trouble right now. but well you'll look back and realise that all things work together for your good. :D trouble for the world, is real trouble. but trouble for you, beloved of God. Will work for your Good. Amen! :D
