MIDS = done
i cant say how euphoric i am that mids are over(almost over at least) ! YAY! well not really actually , i was anticipating the end of it too much that all i really wanted was to get done with each paper quick. So it wasnt exactly mighty stressful. BUT SHIIIAT Chinese Os is round the corner! i shall indulge in this sensation today before i step back to reality and realise the arrival of my dreadful Chinese Os.
anyway. i know Daddy has always been with me through this mids. cause i know that without him i would have felt a thousand times more stressed and worried. and i completely hate that horrible feeling. and i think there were many questions i never thought i would be able to do. but i actually remembered how to do them during the exams! haha!
haha so i finally went out just now. met breasts and we went to shop for mother's day gift which was rather unproductive. so we resorted to getting a rose haha. i'll upload some pics on photoblog (:
I went for Daregroup too. and coach talked about dreams!
1) do you think God is for your dreams? Do you think he wants to make your dreams come true?
2) is there something you have to do to have God make your dreams come true?
let me assure you. GOD IS FOR YOUR DREAMS, Because he puts the dreams there in your heart for a reason of course. and what you have to do is simply believe, have faith.
FAITHFULNESS - is to be fully convinced that God loves you and that he will pull you through whatever you're facing and that he is for your dreams. whatever obstacles you face today,is to build you up and prepare you for your dreams in the future. Imagine if you had always dreamt of being a pilot. And now. at your current situation, someone gives you the job. do you think you'll be able to handle it? therefore whatever your going through in life helps to bring you closer to your dreams so, stop looking at your problems. know that where Sin abounds, Grace much more abounds. And sin in this context, is not just doing wrong. it's about missing the mark, not being perfect. not scoring in exams is also 'missing the mark'. so therefore if sin abounds, Grace much more abounds = you will definitely succeed in exams because Grace is much more!
there are two things that hinder God from helping you and they are laziness and pride. you see
if you keep thinking that you cannot do it. thats also pride. cause you are depending on human effort. Look to Daddy and trust in him.let him use you and stop helping yourself. also when times get rough Just Hang on. Your dreams will come true.
so coach asked us to list 5 dreams. and i pondered over it and i realised i've got many dreams. And i think i'll list them and continue the list as time goes by and when God puts bigger dreams in my heart ( it's important to make a list of your own dreams. this helps you to see how real God is. because you're enabled to look back in time and see the many dreams you wished coming true)
dream list (in no particular order)
1) Score for chinese Os (a satisfying grade so i wont have to re-test)
2) get into the school in switz to pursue my further studies (utterly impt)
3)travel around the world
4)be a successful lady that everyone looks up to ( eg. olivia lum whose testimony is all praise and glory to God. she attends my church thats how i know)
5) marry the bestest husband who would ensure only the best for me
6) be amum by 30. (hehe)
7) have more than 1 kid (dont wanna have a lonely kid)
8) have friends all over the world (hmmm. so i could travel all over the world and meet all of them? haha just thought it would be nice)
9) be able to hone my skills in photography and be a skilled photographer ( thats well, if i do have time)
10) be less anxious during exams
