we are the benjamin generation

I was just pondering over the countless times i got all worried and anxious over certain things in life. Exams have always been something that scares the helloutof me. and sometimes i think i worry about the stupidest things. it's normal i guess. It's human nature to worry and to fear the things that the future brings. It's just stupid because being a Child of God why do we (or maybe it's just I) always act like orphans. As if we dont have a Daddy who loves us, who would provide for us, who's Grace and favour is all we really need.

We tend to envy people we think are more superior than us. Whether it's in terms of knowledge or beauty or even in wealth. until we realise that the same God who blessed that person of whatever is the same mighty DaddyGod who will bless me and with even more. All it takes is for us to believe.

And then there are people (including myself sometimes) who are really insecured. It's again utterly stupid to care about how the world judges you. This is when all the low-self-esteem syndrome comes in. or the people who get extremely peeved when insulted, people who turn anorexic maybe because people thought of them as fat, or people who turn emo as a way of expressing their anger or self-pity because they feel lowly about themselves. on the other end of the spectrum, people who become extremely hot-tempered and rash, ever ready to pick a fight just to prove themselves as worthy of some praise.and the answer to all these, Is of course, you should be expecting the very same answer: GOD'S LOVE.

why? because if only they knew that it doesnt matter what this world sees, it's stupid to care about what the world says because basically this world is full of lies. And why do you bother listening to lies and getting all affected, Waste of time and energy. Afterall, he who is in Me is Greater than he who is in the world. People who come against you, dont worry, there's more with you than with them. There's more with you! than with them. You've got twelve legions of angels! look at the huge army on your side. If God is for me, who can be against me.

you know someone asked me something before and it kinda got me thinking.

when you die, what can you take up to heaven?

to think of it, you can't take up your body (thank God, you'll get a more glorious body), you cant take up your wisdom, what you achieved on earth, you cant even take up your certificates, neither whatever you toiled and worked so hard for, all you can take up is simply friendships, they kingdom friendships you make. And it got me thinking because after all these emphasis on education and these paper certificates we work so mighty hard for, those we stay up all night worried over, in the end, they're nothing. The Earth will fade away but only his word stands forever. Well that doesnt mean we should all waste our life away and wait for rapture to come. live life, of course fully aware that Daddy Loves You. And don't get all envious of people, after all there are many people with successful careers but they arent exactly successful if their personal lives are falling apart. or anyway, The same God who blessed these people can prosper you too. Hang on, your dreams are coming through :D
